Spa Etiquette & Policies
We recommend arriving at least 10-15 minutes early to prepare for your spa services. Remember, your service will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed, regardless of how late you begin.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
We understand that sometimes it is necessary to re-schedule appointments, therefore, please give us at least 24 hours notice prior to canceling and we will gladly reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee in the amount up-to 100% of the scheduled service price. No-Showing for your appointment will result in a 100% charge. Groupon/Living Social customers that no-show will be responsible to pay the difference of Groupon/Living Social value and full price of service upon rescheduling.
PRODUCT RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Skin care products at Riverwood have a 30 day return policy. We are able to give a 100% refund for items that are unopened and unused. Refunds will be processed based upon the original payment. If you have an adverse reaction, please contact us immediately in order to receive a 100% refund.
