Spa Etiquette & Policies
We recommend arriving at least 10-15 minutes early to prepare for your spa services. Remember, your service will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed, regardless of how late you begin.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. No-Call/No-shows are charged 100% of the service price as if you had the appointment.
FOR GROUPON GUESTS: The voucher number is required at the time of booking in addition to a credit or debit card. If you have a Groupon voucher and cancel within 24 hours the card on file will be charged 50% of the full service cost, but you will be able to use your voucher at another time so long as it’s still valid. In instances of a no-show, your voucher will be redeemed and the card on file will be charged for the rest of the service price to equal the full service cost. To calculate this fee: SERVICE COST - VOUCHER VALUE = AMOUNT CHARGED TO CARD ON FILE.
PRODUCT RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Skin care products at Riverwood have a 30 day return policy. We are able to give a 100% refund for items that are unopened and unused. Refunds will be processed based upon the original payment. If you have an adverse reaction, please contact us immediately in order to receive a 100% refund.
